I woke up yesterday with no shoulder pain. My Chiropractor says I have lots of instability in left arm. I believe these exercises are helping and will start day 3 today.

I just finished day three of the shoulder pain fix. These movements are already helping me stop much! I’m going to go through all of these pain fixes. I’m learning a lot too.
